The Project Manager at RobRyan Builders oversees all aspects of custom home construction from start to finish. This role requires technical expertise, strong leadership, and professional communication, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of custom home construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, and subcontractors.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Monitor progress and proactively address changes or challenges.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety guidelines.
- Communicate consistently with clients to manage expectations and provide updates.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment for quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular site walks to confirm construction quality and progress.
- Maintain clear documentation, contracts, permits, and project records.
- Motivate and support project teams to maintain a positive and productive environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field strongly preferred.
- 5 or more years of construction project management experience (custom home experience strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of residential construction workflows and materials.
- Experience with construction management platforms; Buildertrend strongly preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time, W-2 Employee.
- Pay: Up to $95,000 (base salary + performance bonus) based on experience and output.
- Car allowance + fuel card program to support travel requirements.
